ServiceQ is Service Intelligence

Service cultures do not happen by accident.

They happen when people share a mindset. A language. A belief in the role they play in the experience of others.

Our work aligns leaders and teams around simple, practical service habits that shape how people think, act, and interact. Grounded in emotional and social intelligence, the Leading Service Habits program helps individuals understand the impact of their role on the wider organisation.

Participants leave with more than insight. They leave with a roadmap: practical tools and shared frameworks that allow service thinking to continue long after the training ends.

Because service excellence is not sustained by programs.

It is sustained by people who choose it.

We work with leaders to build cultures of service, where service is not something people switch on, but something they are.”

Because service is leadership.
It’s values made visible.

"Solve the problem"
"See the person"
"Reduce handling time"
"Increase trust"

World-class facilitators

World-class facilitation is not performance. It’s impact.

At ServiceQ, our facilitators are carefully selected not only for their expertise in human behaviour, leadership, and service—but for their ability to read a room, understand context instantly, and adapt in real time. They don’t rely on scripts. They bring presence, awareness, and precision.

They simplify complexity. They challenge thinking. They create the conditions for psychological safety, while holding a standard that stretches people beyond comfort.

And they are partners in your success; deeply invested in your context, your stakeholders, and the impact you need to achieve.

They don’t just deliver a session. They own the space, build trust quickly, and move your people from insight to action, fast.

Because what you are buying isn’t content.

It’s confidence. Capability. And change that lasts beyond the room.

Carolyn Mitchell
Facilitator

Carolyn Mitchell helps leaders and teams turn leadership and culture strategy into something people can actually live — clear, confident, everyday behaviour that holds up in the real world.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: leadership isn’t a title, it’s a series of choices made in moments that matter. She supports people to think more clearly, collaborate with intention, and build the capability needed to deliver what matters most.

Known for creating high-trust, human environments, Carolyn brings a balance of warmth and challenge that allows people to reflect honestly, stretch their thinking, and step forward into meaningful action. She helps leaders shift mindsets, strengthen relationships, and embed behaviours that lift both performance and culture — not as theory, but as daily practice.

With a background spanning organisational development, leadership coaching, neuroleadership, and behavioural profiling, Carolyn draws on experience across corporate, government, health and community sectors. She translates neuroscience, mindfulness and behavioural science into practical tools people can use immediately.

Carolyn has a rare ability to make complex human behaviour feel simple, usable and real — ensuring leadership is not just understood, but embodied.

Her focus is on strengthening leadership effectiveness in real conditions. She helps leaders think with precision, act with intention, and respond adaptively under pressure, while enabling teams to operate with greater alignment, accountability and cohesion.

With over two decades of facilitation experience and more than 5,000 hours of executive coaching, Terry-Lyn brings deep expertise across corporate, government and commercial sectors. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she integrates behavioural science, systems thinking and evidence-based diagnostics to deliver practical, outcome-focused development.

Calm, grounded and highly attuned, Terry-Lyn creates environments where people feel supported — but never let off the hook. Her work ensures change doesn’t sit in conversation, but shows up in how people think, decide and perform every day.
